My professional career began with an apprenticeship as a media designer for picture and sound at the post house nhb studios. After graduating, I was given the opportunity to work there as an Editing & VFX Artist.
Impressed and inspired by this experience, I then decided to deepen my knowledge by studying film and television studies with a focus on editing which I successfully completed as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
I currently work as a freelance film editor. Realizing editing projects for different film genres is an exciting challenge for me. As you can see from my showreel, my previous work ranges from TV commercials, music videos, corporate presentation films and trailers to short feature films, TV movies and documentaries.
My personal strengths are creativity and inventiveness paired with perseverance, reliability and flexibility. I always do things with a high degree of passion. I have my own editing suite with the appropriate software. This enables me to carry out project work completely remotely if required.
I am open to new interesting projects and flexible in terms of location. I currently live in Düsseldorf, Germany.
